YOUR PAINT CHILL PAINTING
We know you’ll love your painting and will want to share it with others which we encourage you to do so. Please note that although it is fine to ‘gift’ your painting it is not for selling purposes. Designs painted at a Paint Chill Co event are copyright to Paint Chill Co.
TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable. However you are welcome to switch to another date if you let us know a week in advance of the event.
Please understand, while we want to be as flexible as possible, our events take planning and seats are limited.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so on our facebook private message, or by emailing hello@paintchill.co. Make sure you include the details of the reservation and the name it was booked under.
If it’s less than a week untill the event and you can no longer make it, you can always invite a friend to go in your place. We’ll be sad not having you at the event, but you’re welcome to give your ticket to whomever you’d like if you aren’t able to make it. Please note it is the responsibility of the individual to send someone in their place and not Paint Chill Co’s.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Your voucher is redeemable for any available public Paint Chill event. To redeem your voucher book onto an event of your choice and apply the voucher code at checkout. Please note our standard cancellation policy (above) applies to all gift vouchers.
Vouchers are valid untill one year after the purchase date. If the voucher passes the due by date the voucher is forfeited. Vouchers will not be replaced passed this date.
EVENT CANCELLATION
We try not to do this, however on occasion an event may have to be cancelled due to lack of attendance or external factors such as bad weather or a venue pulling out. If this happens you will be given a gift voucher code to switch to another event of your choice. We apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
PRIVACY POLICY
Paint Chill Co. takes the privacy of its users very seriously and we do not sell, share or forward your information to anyone. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.
PERSONAL DATA
We only collect information about you when you make an enquiry or book tickets for one of our events.
Enquiries
If you make an enquiry through our website we store your name, email address and phone number (if you provide one) to respond to your enquiry and for any future correspondence.
Events
If you place an order of tickets for one of our events we store your name and email address so that we can maintain a list of attendees for entry. We do not store any credit/debit card details on our website.
None of your details are used for any other reasons other than above, unless you have opted-in to our email newsletter (see below).
Newsletters
If you have opted-in to receive our newsletter we will store your name and email address in our newsletter system and you may receive occasional emails from us about future events and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of our emails.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at hello@paintchill.co. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date and you may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
If you have any concerns about our website’s privacy policy or you wish for your details to be removed, please email us at hello@paintchill.co. We read every message submitted and strive to reply to everyone promptly.

Paint Chill Co. is compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulation which requires organisations to review how they manage data.

Cookies are used on paintchill.co to store products in your basket and measure how you use the website so it can be updated and improved based on your needs. You can remove any cookies already stored on your computer, but these may prevent you from using parts of our website.
